Swiss Temp Logistics

European
network

One collection point or several countries, chilled goods or sensitive cargo: we plan the whole shipment, from border crossings to delivery.

One route, many details

A European shipment involves more than kilometres. Cargo requirements, collection opening hours, customs clearance and the delivery appointment all shape the right transport plan. We discuss these details with you, then select a partner from our network for the job.

We plan across Europe

Switzerland, EU member states, the United Kingdom and other European countries outside the EU are all part of our transport planning. We do not focus on just a few selected markets. Available transport options, the vehicle and the schedule are agreed around your particular shipment and route.

Temperature-sensitive and high-value goods

For medicines, food and other temperature-sensitive products, we clarify the required transport conditions early on. For high-value goods, careful route planning, selecting a suitable vehicle and coordinating security measures are crucial. You provide the requirements; we organise the shipment around them.

Plan transport and customs together

Transport within the EU raises different questions from crossing a Swiss or UK border. We coordinate the necessary steps with our customs partner based on the route, the goods and the chosen procedure. Documents and shipment details need to match; a vehicle change or revised schedule also calls for these details to be reviewed.

Several collections, one coordinated shipment

Several collection points require the loading order, appointment times and cargo arrangement to be planned together. If transshipment is needed, we agree the handover conditions in advance. Direct transport, part-load or groupage is chosen to suit the goods and deadline, rather than treating every shipment the same way.

When plans need to change quickly

A changed collection or a broken-down vehicle needs more than another phone number. First we establish where the goods are, their condition and how much time remains. Then we check the available options and agree the next step with you.

A useful quote starts with the details

Alongside collection and delivery locations, we need the type, quantity, dimensions and weight of the goods and your preferred dates. Temperature requirements matter for chilled goods, as do special loading or security conditions for sensitive shipments. If some details are not yet available, let us know; we can still start the conversation.
